Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the United States is an actor. After her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames 1982 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was known for being a member of the group. For her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American author and actress. Her film debut came by appearing in the crime-drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she received a lot of praise. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success with her debut film, she was later seen in the 1985 comedy-drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, directed by him, is considered to be one of history's greatest high-school films. While the budget for the film was only $1 million the film's profits were more than $50 million. As she worked on the show her first appearance on television came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. It was a show designed for teens and aired from April 1980. Also, she appeared on various TV series such as Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances are Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy has received numerous awards for her stellar performances including an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
